Orders that are placed, successfully paid for, and fully processed before 12:00 PM (noon) Mountain Standard Time (MST) are generally shipped on the same business day. Orders submitted after 12:00 PM MST, as well as those placed on weekends or recognized national holidays, will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Tracking Information and Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to you via email. While Pro Tech Biolabs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect address details provided at checkout, our support team will assist you in addressing any delivery-related concerns and will coordinate with the carrier when necessary.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

Protecting the condition of your order is important to us. If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please follow the steps below:

• Contact us within 48 hours of the carrier’s confirmed delivery date

• Provide your tracking number along with:

• Clear photos of the outer packaging and any damaged contents

• A brief written explanation of the issue

After our team reviews and verifies the claim, a replacement shipment will be sent to you at no additional cost.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect product or notice missing items in your order:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

• Submit a clear, unedited unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is first opened

Once the fulfillment issue is confirmed, we will promptly ship the correct or missing items to you free of charge.
